Shipping policy

Āhua Shapewear ships from Aotearoa — after receiving our stock from our overseas manufacturer. We aim to keep you updated every step of the way.

🕒 **Order Timeline**

• Products are shipped to us from our supplier in China.

• All preorder items will ship within 2 weeks of your order date.

• Once your item has arrived in NZ and passed our quality check, it will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the move.

📦 **Shipping within New Zealand**
- Standard shipping (Tracked): $8 flat rate  
- Rural delivery: $11  
- FREE shipping on orders over $100

🚚 **Delivery Timeframes**
- Once dispatched from our NZ base:  
  ⏳ North Island: 2–4 business days  
  ⏳ South Island: 3–5 business days  
  (Allow extra time for rural addresses.)

🌏 **International Shipping**
Currently, we are only shipping within Aotearoa/New Zealand. We’ll update you when international delivery becomes available.

🔁 **Order Tracking**
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is shipped from our NZ location.

📍 **Please Note:**
- If you ordered a pre-order item, you’ll be notified once stock arrives in NZ.  
- Please ensure your address is correct — we are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect info.
