Shipping Policy
All Āhua Shapewear orders are carefully checked, packed and dispatched from our New Zealand base.
In-stock orders
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
New Zealand shipping
- Standard tracked shipping: $8
- Rural delivery: $11
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Once dispatched, delivery within New Zealand typically takes 1–3 business days.
Please allow additional time for rural delivery and during public holidays or busy promotional periods.
Australian shipping
We currently ship to Australia. Available shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Australian delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
Preorders
Any preorder product will be clearly marked as Preorder on its product page and will include an estimated dispatch timeframe.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder products, the complete order may be dispatched together once the preorder product is available. Please contact us before ordering if you would prefer the in-stock products to be shipped separately, as an additional shipping charge may apply.
Order tracking
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched from our New Zealand base.
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Āhua Shapewear cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
