🔁 Returns (Store Credit Only)
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
In original packaging
-
Tags and hygiene seals intact
✨ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn shapewear. Please try all items on over clean undergarments.
👉 Refunds are not offered for change of mind, sizing issues, or if the incorrect size was chosen.
🔄 Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Please email sales@ahuashapewear.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the size you need isn’t available, we will issue store credit to use toward your next purchase.
📏 Sizing Disclaimer (Important)
Shapewear is a high-compression garment.
Because every body is unique, customers are responsible for choosing the correct size based on:

The size guide provided

The level of compression desired
If the incorrect size is selected, this does not make the item faulty.
This means sizing issues do not qualify for refunds, but an exchange or store credit will be offered as per our policy.

We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your items arrive safely.
💸 Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Refunds are only provided if an item is:

Not as described
In these rare cases, the item will be inspected upon return.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sizing issues, fit preferences, or selecting the wrong size do not qualify for refunds.
