At Āhua Shapewear, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (launch weeks, sales, and restocks), processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Australia Shipping

We currently ship to Australia. Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days depending on location.

Preorder Shipping

Āhua Performance products are available via preorder. Preorders are open for 10 days only. Once the preorder window closes, production begins. Production: Approximately 3 weeks Shipping to New Zealand: Approximately 6 days Expected dispatch from Rotorua: Approximately 4–5 weeks after preorders close If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we'll dispatch available in-stock items first where possible. Preorder items will be shipped separately once they arrive and complete our quality checks. You'll receive tracking information each time part of your order is dispatched.
