Āhua Shapewear Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Āhua Shapewear, we want you to feel confident, supported, and empowered in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help within the guidelines below.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags and packaging still attached

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

Refunds are only provided if an item is:

  • Faulty, or
  • Not as described

In these rare cases, the item will be inspected upon return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What’s Not Eligible?

Sizing issues, fit preferences, change of mind, or selecting the wrong size do not qualify for refunds.
